1. Acceptance
By creating an account on Chitragupt you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older.
You must be an individual filer with a valid Indian PAN.
The app is provided for personal tax records only — not for tax advisory or legal advice.
3. Your responsibilities
Keep your sign-in credentials private and your device locked.
Verify before filing that any figure Chitragupt extracted from a document matches the source.
4. No guarantees
Chitragupt's automated parsers and recommendations are best-effort. We don't guarantee accuracy and are not liable for filing decisions you make using the app.
5. Termination
You may delete your account from Settings at any time. Deletion is subject to a 24-hour grace window, after which all data is wiped within seven days.
